LYNDA
Lynda lives with her husband Jim, in rural Ohio. They have two adult daughters, Cara and Lauren, as well as a dog and cat. Lynda is entering her 29th year as a school- based speech-language pathologist, faithfully serving students in her local community. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, gardening, painting with watercolors, and deepening her understanding of the Bible. One of her favorite verses is Proverbs 3:5–6: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.” Lynda has a deep desire to serve God and share His love with others. Within her church family, she is actively involved as a women’s small group co-leader, a children’s Sunday School teacher, and a children's summer camp counselor. She also serves as a volunteer at Safe Harbor and has a Biblical Ministries Certificate from Artos Academy. Through Hineni Ministries, she most often serves in the roles of pastor, shepherd, and nurturer. Lynda is authentic in her faith and openly shares how God is working in her life. She is a beautiful example of how God can lead and use us according to His plan—at any stage of life.
