Mission Statement:Our Mission is to prepare all people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God. We strive to become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ and in the awareness of the depth of His love. Ephesians 4:12-13
Statement of Faith:1. We believe that God calls each of us to serve Him. We seek to listen with a willingness to be used by Him to fulfill our full potential for His purpose. 1 Samuel 3:10; Isaiah 6:8; Proverbs 3:5-6; 1 Corinthians 7:17; Philippians 3:12-14; Hebrews 12:1-2; 1 Peter 4:10-11
2. We believe there is one God, our eternal Creator, who exists as three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19, Ephesians 4:4-6
3. We believe in Jesus, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, and His atoning death on the cross. We believe in His resurrection and ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His final return in glory. Jesus Christ was and remains truly God and truly human. Matthew 1:23; John 1:29; Acts 1:11; Acts 2:22-24; Romans 8:34; 2 Corinthians 5:21; 2 Timothy 2:1
4. We believe in the Holy Spirit, who dwells within us and empowers us to live differently and faithfully for God. We daily submit to His leading and allow the gifts of the Spirit to be evidenced within us, as described in 1 Corinthians 12:7-11. Psalm 91; Acts 1:8; Acts 4:31; Romans 8:26-27; Ephesians 3:20; Ephesians 6:12-13
5. We believe the Bible to be the inspired Word of God, for the instruction and correction of His people. The Scriptures are the supreme and the final authority in faith and life. 1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Timothy 3:16-17
6. We believe that all persons have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. As followers of Christ, we seek His forgiveness and strive to remove that which keeps us from knowing Him more. Salvation is the gift of God given to us by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. John 14:6; Ephesians 1:7; Ephesians 2:8-9
7. We believe that we must submit to His authority over our lives. We dedicate ourselves to pray without ceasing, to the service of our Lord, and to the ministry of sharing the Gospel with all. Matthew 28:18-20; Romans 10:9-11; Colossians 4:2; 1 Peter 3:15
